All added billing fields validate as “is not a valid email address.” (free))

The plugin was working with my added fields and for some reason, it now validates all of the added fields as email addresses. Everything is updated. I suspect some javascript library issue –loading order?https://snipboard.io/NbBo0Y.jpg Tried with Chrome and Firefox. No errors in browser debugger console and no php errors.
