    Hello @draftmancorp

Can you download the debug zip from WPvivid plugin’s Debug tab on the source site, then send it to contact(at)wpvivid.com, so we can take a look?

Please also include a link to this forum thread so that we can keep track of the details you have posted.

    Here the debug zip: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JUT2kI1gd5g-yoNkJrdVz5MILwtZuNgl/view?usp=sharing

i resolve this by converting the table one at one in the database. and in the end, editing the wp-config with default right charset.

Now i discover a new problem, all the thumbnails inside the media gallery are white. But the images are all in the wp-content/upload/ folder correctly like the folders in the source host. I write to WordPress support for asking to them if there is a way to fix this and them ask to me to write to You.

    Hi @draftmancorp

Glad you sorted it out. Can you let us know the exact operations you performed? This will help us handle similar issues in the future.

Now i discover a new problem, all the thumbnails inside the media gallery are white.

It looks like a path issue. By default, the media directory is wp-content/upload/, but on the source site, you might have defined or modified this value, so that after migration, the path can not be found on the destination site.

If that is the case, the solution is to go to the destination site, find the options table in the database > find the upload_path > clear the option_value. When this value is empty, WordPress will automatically match the default wp-content/upload/.
