go to boostrap-apcal.css under menu-pages/bootstrap-assets/css ..

Around lin no 200.. you will see margin-left: -20px;

make it margin-left: 0px and you problem will be resolved

thanks a.ankit for getting back to me so promptly. Unfortunately, I followed your instructions and changed the margin-left to 0px but it didn’t work. it had no effect whatsoever.

Increase 0px to something like 50px and adjust the positioning accordingly.
