Alignment of Site title, tag line and the navigation menu

    My site is https://www.chaitanyasblog.com .

    The site title is ‘Chaitanyas OWN’ and Tag line is ‘Opinions Works News’

    If I use ‘Top Primary Menu’ the display sequence is :

    Site Title
    Menu
    Site Tag Line

    How can I ensure the display sequence to be:

    Site Title
    Site Tag Line
    Menu
