    Hi,

Please open plugin settings page tab Advanced and try to change Shop Hook to some other value. Current hook is in the wrong location.

    Hi @dholovnia,

I’m not seeing the ability to change the hook in the settings for this plugin.

    See screenshot: https://www.thetoychronicle.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Screenshot-2020-01-20-at-11.44.11.png

Am I looking in the wrong place?

    Thanks,
    Gary.

The image cannot be open. I don’t see where you are looking. You need to open plugin settings page tab Advanced.

    Hi @dholovnia,

Ok I have found the right page. I see there are no current Webhooks set up. Is there documentation on what hooks I should set up and how to set them up?

    Thanks,
    Gary.

    We don’t have Webhooks.
    There are 3 settings:
    1. Shop Hook
    2. Product Hook Image
    3. Product Hook Label

Each of them has a drop-down. Open Shop Hook’s drop-down and select first value, save settings, try the shop page. If it is not working as you want select second value from the Shop Hook’s drop-down, save settings, try the shop page. And so on.

See image of WooCommerce plugin: https://imgur.com/c5jFdJc

Am I in the right place here?

    Thanks,

    Gary,

The problem is that you are checking wrong place. Our plugin is Advanced Product Labels for WooCommerce. Easy way to find plugin settings is to open wp-admin -> Plugins and click Settings link under the plugin name.
Please open wp-admin -> BeRocket -> Products Labels, tab Advanced and test the hooks.

    Regards,
    Dima

@dholovnia a thousand apologies. I have mixed you guys up with Woocommerce Advanced Product Labels. My fault.

    Apologies for the wasted times.
