Alignment of blog posts

Hi Roman,

I hope you’re well.

Please could you help me to align the blog posts on the above page – you can see on laptop view that on the second row, the middle blog is slightly lower than the blogs either side, due to the length of the excerpt. Could you help me out with a bit of code to keep them level?
