alignment issues

    I can’t get some elements to place right on my site.
    I need some navigation arrows on each side of the page, I’m not sure what the best coding for this.
    I also can’t get my footer to layout right.

    The right nav arrow is not sticking to the right side of the page.
    The footer links need to line up with the page peel and all of that needs to float right and line up with the bottom corner of the page.

    any help?
