Aligning Slideshow
-
I’m sure this question has been asked a million times but I keep searching and I can’t fix my problem. I want to float some of my slideshows to the right on my site and I can’t figure out how to do it. I read that you can create a Custom Styles and I tried to do that, and I even tried inserted the alignment code (float: right;) that I saw posted for aligning. However, I’m not entirely sure where to put it in the code. I keep trying to fix it but the slideshow won’t budge from being centered.
To make sure I am understanding-
I start at General Settings>
Custom Styles>
Light Customize>
Give it a new title in the small box above the code (example float right, let’s say)>
Plop in the code float: right;>
(this is where I’m confused)
Hit save changes. Then, when I updating the actual slideshow I want to align right, under
“The style used for this slideshow” I can choose the custom ‘float right’ option I created, yes?I know I’m doing something wrong, but at this point I’ve given up trying to figure it out, especially considering this is probably super easy to fix.
Any help would be much appreciated!!
