Aligning excerpt with featured image

I’ve used the shortcode [tpg_get_posts show_excerpt=”true” cat=”Experimenting”]
At the minute the excerpt is showing below the featured image and I can’t work out how to align it to the right of the image. Any suggestions gratefully received.
