aligning embed media

Hi
I’ve just updated to coltrane and it’s simply awesome but…
I don’t know what’s going on but I used to align my embedded media to save space in my posts, but now that’s impossible…I have to correct the code manually cause with this new version alignment buttons simply don’t work

Is this any bug? or just a problem…if you don’t understand what I’m talking about, you can see my blog here to look at the alignment that I have to do now manually
