Align widget with bottom of content?

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure if this is possible at all…

    On our site the testimonials widget is at the bottom of the sidebar. If we set the vertical size to be dynamic it has the effect of making the footer jump up and down as the widget resizes on a page with little content. Likewise, if we set a fixed size then it looks a little odd if the widget doesn’t quite line up with the bottom of the page content.

    What would be perfect for us is a widget that takes into account the size of the content on the page being viewed. For example:

    – Have a dynamically resizing box, but no bigger than the bottom of the content of the page. If it’s within (x) pixels short of the bottom of the content, override the size and make it align.

    – When a fixed length widget it used, have a similar option to override that setting and snap to the bottom of the content when within (x) pixels or longer than the content itself.

    Is something like that even possible?

    I’m releasing 2.15.0 shortly that uses bxSlider for the animations. Once it’s out, activate Use bxSlider in the Testimonials > Settings and Widget Options to have what you want accomplished.
