align menu items to right

If you add this to your Custom CSS does it do what you what:

.navbar .nav {
 float: right;
}

?

one more query, how can i change nav bar length so that it ends just after
‘home’ tab ?

Try adding this instead:

.navbar .navbar-inner,
.navbar .nav {
 float: right;
}
