Align members in the members list

Hi.

I’d like to align correctly all the member in my masonry list of members, but as the datas in the div “um-member-card” have not always the same numbers of fields it’s “dirty”…
I tried to force a min-height to these elements by css but as each “um-member” have “position:absolute” and a top position, I presume, dinamically set it doesn’t works.
How can I do that please?
