I just pushed an update to the plugin that fixes a few styling and backend issues, including this one that you raised. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, hope that it helps!

    That’s great, thanks David.

    Would suggest adding …

    height:auto; to .flexslider .slides img

    … in a future update.

    It stops the image squashing.

    Fantastic plugin. Great work!

Some times a simple fix is all you need.
Thank you sooo much “kjh290984” for the quick css fix. You saved me a lot of time!

    PD: Great Plugin David!

Thank you both for using the plugin. I’m also removing the absolute positioning in the next version for the images, which will help. Expect this within the next week (a few other things will be cleaned up as well).

Hi David, this is a great plugin. Having the the image vertically centered is super helpful, but is there a way to override this? I have a set of images that I am using that need to be shown from the top, so aligning to the top would be ideal while still keeping it at a responsive width. Thanks!
