Align equations

Hi, I downloaded the plugin which is working great !
But I need to use it to insert equations and make some mathematical demonstrations on my website, so it would be way better if I could align the different equations in the same line from the “=” sign. Because I can’t chose the alignment of my equations, when using the \[…\] command, the equation is automatically placed in the middle of the line (and with the $…$ command, the equation is too small and doesn’t fit long calculus).
