Aliging category buttons

First of all, i’ve been looking for a plugin like this for AGES and after trying many many post grid plugin i can say this is second to none, so thank you!

Quick question, when i have the isotope layout and have the categories to show certain posts, can i left align these links with CSS? if so, how? Am i also able to remove the box so its plain text?
