Alexa plug-in

  • I’m getting an error when trying to install the Alexa plugin

    “Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home2/robcobb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/alexa-internet/

    Plugin install failed.”

    I uninstalled Alexa a while back, but yet it still says that the folder already exists, please assist and advise Thanks.

    double check if this plugin folder already exists.

    /wp-content/plugins/alexa-internet/

    I just checked and it doesn’t. Am I missing something, should I check my C drive, etc/ Thanks.
