Alert on login age as of WP 5.2

I’m now seeing the following alert on my login page and it seems to be from the Colorlib Login Customizer

Thank you. I have been trying to figure out which were causing this for a bit today. I just tracked it to this plugin and appreciate that you guys are already on it.
I did notice that it was only addressed in the one location on the Github.
I see that it is also referenced in login-template.php:
$login_header_title = apply_filters( ‘login_headertitle’, $login_header_title );
