    I really love the alert box option, but there is a problem with it.

    When I refresh, the alert will still appear. This is not a good idea for obvious reasons, the alert should only appear when a visitor tries to close the tab or window.

    Also, it appears when I click my logo (homepage). I think you should update it to only appear when someone tries to close the tab or window and not page refresh as it can be very frustrating for user.

    Hi Eiboon,

    I understand your concern. But there are technical limitations because of which we can only check if the current page is being unloaded.

    The browser security does not allow us to distinguish between page refresh, or clicking on some link, or clicking the close button.

    I’m glad that you like this feature, but it comes with a trade-off for the user experience.
