Dear, would someone be kind and help here, as no support from plugin authors, for a more than 3 weeks already:

    1. A user needs to be logged in before posting a ticket.
    2. That is the reason why I turned ON redirecting to *existing* log-in/register page.
    3. How to warn a logged-out user with a message that we will redirect him to log in before he can post a ticket?

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @karlodz

I’m sorry about the delayed support you’ve experienced. Here’s a suggestion for achieving your goal:

You can use a popup plugin to display a message to logged-out users, informing them that they need to log in before they can post a ticket. This way, users will be aware of the requirement and can proceed accordingly.

Additionally, if users sign up through the default Awesome Support signup page, it will create a standard WordPress user with the role of Support User. This means there might not be a need to redirect users to another login/signup page if they are using the default process.

I hope this helps! If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else, please let me know.

    Best regards,
