Alert Bar Problem

    HI,

    I have used this plugin for my site. I have created a message on a Alert bar. Problem is, in pc it is maintaining time properly and going out when time matches, but in mobile message stays. I have cleared cache form mobile browser, but remain same.

    Hi Codebar,

    We have tested the Alert Bar on Android and Apple devices running both Chrome Mobile and Safari Mobile browsers. The alert bar was showing and disappearing based upon the schedule as expected.

    Are you using any local cache plugins or server cache services for your website? We have provided in the last release a cache clearing option for local based cache plugins. We’d recommend potentially enabling this option, but if you are using server cache services this will not clear those remote services.

    Are you using any apps on your phone which manage data and cache services, we’d also recommend reviewing those settings to understand if clearing the mobile browser is fully clearing all the stored data.

    If you are still encountering issues, please provide us the following information to help us try and recreate your experience:

    What operating system and version are you running?
    What mobile browser are you using to access your website?

    Please provide us a link to your website and schedule for open and closed times
