Based upon the behavior you described, we would recommend the following to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Fix console errors. We reviewed the website you included in the link, we noticed the developer console has a few errors. We’d recommend reviewing and fixing those errors as they may cause problems with the alert bar display.?
2. Cache Services. The plugin is designed to clear local cache, if you enable the option under the Schedule tab “Enable cache clearing”. Unfortunately, the plugin is unable to clear server based cache services as the plugin doesn’t have access to server based settings. We’d recommend, if you are using a server based cache service to clear the cache or adjust the settings to optimize around your store hours to clear cache.
3. Theme/Plugin Conflict Test. We’d recommend you perform the theme/plugin conflict test described here, deactivate all plugins with the exception of WooCommerce and the Order Hours plugin. If this fixes the problem, activate one plugin at a time to identify when the issue occurs. This will help you identify a potential plugin conflict.?
