Alert bar insertion as shortcode?

  • It would be useful if we could move the alert bar code insertion point from the footer to somewhere else. Ideally, it would be in the form of a shortcode

    This way, we could integrate the alert bar into the theme, rather than it being at the bottom, or position:fixed as an overlay.

    Thanks for the feature feedback and request.

    You are correct, for the overlay location of the alert bar notification. We do support the Custom Position (CSS) allowing you as an admin to manage the overlay location on the page site wide, but not page level management. We are evaluating adding a shortcode functionality to manage page level in the future.
