Albums not importing

    Thanks for taking the time to develop this plugin. I can’t seem to get my albums to import. Everything works until I click “Import Albums”, at which point the circle just spins and no photos import.

    Same issue here. Using Version 4.9.4

    unfortunately same issue here too, it was working fine last week and there have been no changes on our end.
    Everything works as normal except when importing the albums, the imported image count doesn’t increment and the images don’t appear to be importing.

    I will have to take a look. I’m assuming Facebook changed something in the API (isn’t the first time). Can any of you let me know the version of the FB app you are using for your site so I can do an apples to apples test? Thx.

    Hi Mike,
    In Settings > Advanced
    Theres a section there “Upgrade API Version”
    Both “Upgrade All Calls” & “Upgrade Calls for App Roles” are set to v2.11
