    @z3yn3p-s3ha – Thanks! We should have responded to the Bug Report by now. Please ensure you are using the latest release of NextGEN Gallery and if that does not sort out the issues you are seeing lets keep the conversation in the Bug Report for the time being.

    The album thumbnails not showing.My problem still exists. I have searched for similar errors on the internet, but unfortunately found nothing. How can I solve my problem please help me.

    @z3yn3p-s3ha – It would be best for us to continue in the Bug Report conversation please respond to our last reply with any additional details related to this issue.

    By having a conversation in two different places there is a very high risk of losing something that may be very relevant to sorting out the problem you are having.
