Jacob, this question is a bit related to my last one to you on “removing album cover from subalbums with one photo.” However, in this case I am trying to link an album cover to a page with only thumbs (no subalbums) and I am only able to link to a subalbum cover as well as the main album cover. I have tried various text strings to correct this since it should be a simple problem, but haven’t been able to. Here is the link:
https://www.undermexicanskies.com. Scroll down to the seabean icon and you’ll see what I mean. If you go back to the menu to Collection-Seabeans, the page shows the way it should. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The page https://www.undermexicanskies.com/sea-beans/ displayes correctly.

So we are changing the link from the Sea Beans cover to that page, without any querystring.

On the Edit Album information screen of the album named Sea Beans change the Link type: to the link page with a clean url. As far as i can see from here, you have set the Link to: page already correctly: …/sea-beans/

That does it. Thank you . I knew it was an easy fix, just couldn’t figure it out.

I have more good news for you, regarding your previous problem:

In the next version ( 5.4.25 ), you will be able to select the sub-albums ( and the thumbnails ) on the edit album information screen. This makes the css code to hide the thumbnail view redundant.
