    Hi there,

When clicking on Albums in a group a warning is displayed shortly (rtmedia integrated in buddypress):
Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /srv/www/vhosts/mysite/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/buddypress-media/app/helper/RTMediaSupport.php on line 254
I’ve seen on your website that you are aware of this. But how to not make it appear?

But the real problem is that the link on the Albums’ button seems to be wrong. The link leads to:

    https://mysite/groups/media/album/

    but should instead lead to

    https://mysite/groups/groupname/media/

The first link results in an empty Album list.

Wordpress newest version, woffice newest version.

    Have a good week

    Hi @ophilippeo ??

    I hope you are doing.

    Please check my comment below.

    https://mysite/groups/media/album/

Can you please share some visual or snapshot where it takes you to this url?

Ideally, clicking on any albums inside any group will take the user to this URL only – https://mysite/groups/groupname/media/album

Explicitly accessing this url https://mysite/groups/media/album/ will only take the user to this particular path and will throw the warning. However, I don’t see the same warning is thrown as you mentioned.

count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in wp-content/plugins/buddypress-media/app/main/routers/RTMediaRouter.php:228

This could be the issue with the 3rd party theme and/or plugins. Can you please check this by deactivating all the plugins except BuddyPress, rtMedia and rtMedia add-ons? Also, deactivate the currently activated theme and check this with any default WordPress theme.

Please refer to this document for more information. https://rtmedia.io/docs/troubleshooting/basic-diagnosis-guide/

    Hi Krupa

Thank you for your reply. Sorry for my late answer.

I opend a ticket at woffice:
    https://alkaweb.ticksy.com//ticket/2237930/

It seems to be a bug resulting from their custom styling. Meanwhile I have switched to a different plugin.
