ALbum doesnt show on website

Hi There,
i have installed this plugin. and i was looking for that since long time. i couldnt find then my friend refer you plugin. but its not working. what i did on wordpress: first i have created a album then click edit and add 4 or 5 pictures, saved it. then i click on AI Gallery, it showing me the album with short code, which you asked to put on page or post. i have done it on the page ‘[Album ID=1]’ and press update. when i go to that page to see, it just saying ‘AI Responsive Gallery Album’. NOTHING COMING.

would you please help me to sort out this problem please. i have tried google, youtube to see a tutorial, but couldnt find anywhere. the link you can see is : https://www.starlightlinenhire.com/about-us/please check it give me a solution.
