• I have an album containing 5 different galleries. I am displaying this album on my page using

    [album id=9 template=compact]

4 of them appear fine, but one has a broken image as the thumbnail picture. When I view the various image paths, the four correct ones point to my wp-uploads, but the broken one goes into a non existent next-gen folder. When I click into this broken album all of the images appear fine.

    Any thoughts?

@pullyl – You may need to generate the thumbnails for that specific gallery in the album with the “broken” preview image and/or assign a preview image for the gallery to be represented by.

    Thanks!

I regenerated the thumbnails using the settings, but it didn’t change anything. The thumbnails within the gallery are fine, just the master thumbnail.

I also assigned a preview image, and I can see it properly when I am previewing the gallery in the plugin settings.

What seems to be weird is that it is looking in the wrong directory for only this album..

@pullyl – the other thing you could try would be recreating this particular album, to see if that helps.

Ive created 5 new albums with this gallery and continue to have the same problem. Is there a setting somewhere that changes the image directory for a specific album?

    Thanks,

@pullyl – is it possible to recreate that gallery?
