Album cover height and order

1) I have table I-D-5: 150 and I-D-7: checked, but the images are different heights. https://www.bonjovi.pl/galeria-testowa/wppaspec/oc1/cv0/abBon%20Jovi%20Live
2) Is there any way of ordering the albums differently then typing a number for every different album? I have about 400 albums, and I need to reorder them. A drag and drop feature or up/down will do the trick. Photos can be ordered by drag and drop – the same for album, and then for subalbums would be nice.
