Akismet counting spams

Sometimes akismet tells that there is ie. 10 or 13 spam comments stopped, but I may see only 6. Always! Doesn’t mater if there are 10 or 25 spam comments stopped. I may kill’em all but while I can’t see them it’s quite risk ??
Can You help me?
