Akismet Contact Form 7 not working

We have a business license for Akismet. I have added this to the site and added akistmet:author and author_email to the short code setup for CF7.

When I test the spam filtering by using the email: [email protected] it still passes and the message is sent.

We are receiving a lot of spam via this form at them minute, even with ReCaptcha and now I’m trying to get Akismet working to help.
