* You can create a new page for terms and conditions at Pages > Add New.

* Then go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.

* Be sure to select your terms and conditions page.

Gracias por la ayuda. No es exactamente eso lo que necesitamos.
Queremos cambiar la ubicación en que aparece el check de aceptar Términos y Condiciones.
En vez de aparecer después de la selección de método de pago, queremos que aparezca antes.

Thank you for sharing a screenshot showing where you want to move the Terms and Conditions section.

While this is not possible out of the box with the core settings, however, I was able to find this useful article with detailed info on how to move the Terms and Conditions checkbox above the Payments section using hooks.

You may want to slightly modify the code to also move the Privacy Policy text on top.
