Ajax Theme Problems – Novice

I have downloaded todayautoblog theme onto my WP, and it has an Ajax Scrolling Gallery (well it should do) but I can’t seem to get the gallery to work nor can I get my thumbnail images to appear. Can some one explain what i could be doing wrong in laymans terms?
