Ajax template

Hi,

first of all thank you for awesome plugin. I have notice few bugs.

1st – If shortcode is embedded in template ajax pagination don’t work, when I put widget all work just fine.
2nd – I made custom template in function.php but custom meta fields, taxonomy name and taxonomy url don’t show. Is there any other way to create ajax template to get all this things to work?
