Ajax Search Lite on custom search page (twenty fourteen)

  • Hi there,
    I would like to have a search field on a custom search page using the code

    <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[wpdreams_ajaxsearchlite]’); ?>

    Unfortunately I’m quite inexperienced in php so I don’t know where to place the code exactly in my search.php file. I’m using the theme twenty fourteen and would like to have the search field on top of the search results lists.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately I’m not familiar with that theme either. You may have to experiment a bit to get the right position, depending on where you need it.
