Ajax search lite not working on mobile using wp-touch

    I thought I had this working but I must have changed something. The search box here does not use live search – it appears to just use the default WordPress search even though I told the Ajax search lite setting to override the default search box. It all works splendidly on a desktop version but not the mobile.

    any advice welcome

    I am using Astra theme.

    Hi,

    It is the default search, you are correct. I’m not very familiar with that theme, but it probably has a customizer/block editor, where you should be able to edit the mobile view. I suspect the override doesn’t work for that, as it might be a custom block or a hard coded search. Try looking for that feature and placing the plugin block/widget instead of the default search bar.
