Hi, We are using Eazydocs for a knowledge based website. The AJAX search functionality doesn’t seem to work. We cannot enter a term and have a drop down populated with related articles. All we get when we type a search term is a black box. If we click submit, then some related articles do appear.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I checked that there is no third depth in your docs. Basically, the ajax search form show search results based on the third depth of the doc.
We’ve noted to include all depth of the doc in future updates. Then you will be able to see search results on your website.

My suggestion is currently, you can turn off the Ajax search result.

    Thanks

Do you have an ETA on when this might be resolved? Unfortunately this is something extremely important to our customer and getting a resolution soon (even a temporary fix while you work on it) would be appreciated.

We fixed the search issue in a recent update. Update the plugin to get fixed the issue.
