    Bonjour,

Lors d’une recherche sur un calendrier, cela charge en ajax le contenu de la recherche, est-ce possible d’ouvrir les résultat de la recherche dans une autre page ?

    Hello,

Thanks for your message. The “search forms”, either the legacy widget, the Gutenberg native block or the apposite Shortcode in VikBooking use a regular HTML form with either POST or GET as method. This means that there is no AJAX request in the search forms, it’s a simple submission of a form that will post data onto the search results page.

You can use the Overrides Manager tool in the Configuration page to add a blank target attribute to the various forms if you wish to open the search results onto a separate page/tab, even though form submissions are not usually submitted onto different pages, especially because the landing page URL (the form action attribute) will obviously be a page on your same website.

AJAX requests on the public section of your website with VikBooking are used to render different contents, such as the availability calendars navigation displayed in the “Room Details” page is handled through AJAX.

    We hope this is helpful!

    The VikWP Team
