AJAX Pop up gives a box that does nothing

I’ve tried the AJAX pop up option. A box comes up, but the you can’t enter anything in the box. The fields are there, but you can’t type into them. And the buttons and links don’t work.

So far, this is not a good experience. It looked promising, but I cant get anything to work.
