@hig116 – You appear to be using a custom template / implementation of the ImageBrowser, I would suggest this may be the reason the Ajax Pagination is not working as expected.

If you have a simple insertion of an ImageBrowser display in a post / page does it work as expected there?

Thanks Cais. The simple/default insertion of the ImageBrowser without a template yields the same results.

@hig116 – Can you provide a link to this more simplified page/post so we can see this first hand?

@hig116 – That page is linking to the same ImageBrowser template still … can you provide a link to an ImageBrowser display that is not using that template (or being affected by any other customizations)?

    Thanks!

Sorry, I didn’t read your question correctly.

@hig116 – Have you tried temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme to see if it works correctly under those conditions (this new link still appears to be using the same “display” which although really neat might be part of the issue).

I have not tried switching themes. The area where the ImageBrowser is located is a div with only the WordPress loop in it. Then each post only has a single gallery in it. The only difference in the template is removing the text “Back” and “Next” in the navigation links.

@hig116 – Please let us know what the results of temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series are … if for no other reason to try to eliminate any potential theme conflict.

    Thanks!

I have the twenty fifteen them loaded on my demo site and I’m getting the same results. You can see it at https://www.dnb.khcreativemedia.com/the-gambrell-residence

@hig116 – What is adding the sharing icons to the display/template? This could still be at the root of the issue.

    – Cais.

    (@hig116)

I thought you had the answer, as it would make sense that the sharing is causing the problem. I have deactivated all plugins aside from NextGen and the problem still exists. So, no plugins and default theme.

@hig116 – … and if you use the default template rather than the modified version you are currently using?

    – Cais.

    (@hig116)

I am currently using the default template and no plugins are installed aside from NextGen.

@hig116 – The “Default” template has text in the navigation “buttons” … you might consider using the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options and re-installing NextGEN Gallery to get back to a true default installation.
