I have to say this is a great plugin with many features that I use.

I have an extremely busy site with over 2 million page views monthly.

I have been using the WPP widget for years on my site with Ajaxify widget enabled and data caching enabled.

The latest update to WPP 6.1.2 still works, but now the Ajaxify widget is not loading. My sidebar keeps trying to load.

I have disabled the Ajaxifying widget, and it works, but now it is cached, which I am trying to prevent.

I have a dedicated server with 124 RAM using LiteSpeed Enterprise with the LiteSpeed plugin enabled with Redis object cache.

I have disabled LiteSpeed plugin and caching but enabling the AJAX widget still doesn’t load.

What other debugging techniques can I use to enable AJAX and prevent caching?

Or should I go back to the previous version?

    Hi @senator94,

Can you please share your site’s URL so I can check it out?

Do you have an email where I can send you the URL? I can also give you access as well.

The developer did not ask for that. And if the plugin author gets access to your site, they will lose access to these forums. It’s that serious and it always comes out.

Never offer anyone access to your site. That’s bad for you the user and has gotten developers threats of legal action before when it goes poorly. Please do not offer that again.

    Yes, you are correct.

How do I send the developer a private message? I don’t want to show my URL in public.

Jan is correct. Asking / offering credentials is a no-no here and for good reasons.

There’s no DM functionality here unfortunately but if you want to reach me out @senator94 finding my website’s URL is not that hard.

Note though that I don’t usually provide private support unless strictly necessary (this is for people reading this in the future – ask if it’s OK first, otherwise you may get ignored). I prefer, when possible, helping out people here in the forums as that later becomes shared knowledge for everyone to find.

@hcabrera sent you a message through your site.

    Thank you

Got OP’s site URL via email. Attempted to debug the issue with them via email (no creds were requested/given) but in the end OP decided to roll back to a previous version of the plugin.

OP, if you still need help with this please feel free to leave a comment below.

I am rolling back to 6.1.1 temporarily until I schedule time to troubleshoot the issue.

    Thank you for your time.

Version 6.1.1 is working flawlessly right now.

I am getting no errors now from my Chrome DevTools.

Version 6.1.3 was giving me an uncaught TypeError: a.ajax is not a function at i error with wpp.min.js?ver=6.1.3:11856

I will dig deeper once I can compare version code from the previous releases to the current one.
