Ajax not working

Hi all,
So, I’ve talked with several devs and hosting support to no avail. The hosting company can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins, however they did say they could not produce an error with a similar test contact form.
The page reloads on submit rather than using ajax.
I desperately need help.
Quick facts:
– multisite
– default .htaccess
– debug is on
– default theme
– all plugins deactivated except CF7
– no caching of any sorts
– Ajax seems to work fine with Ninja Forms. Bummer.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Well, this is embarrassing. Found out via https://kb.cf7skins.com/javascript-conflict-problems/ that my config.php had disabled CF7 scripts from loading. So all I had to do was change
define(‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, false);
to
define(‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, true);
