I went into the dashboard to create a new page. I quickly saw a message about Ajax not working, but I proceeded to creating a new page. I tried to add a new ticket. I filled out the information, checked “Request information for each attendee during registration”, and attempted to add “Text”. Nothing appeared. I tried to save the ticket, but couldn’t.

As of now, I cannot add or create new tickets any longer due to the ajax.

I am not sure what happened? Any help will be greatly appreciated

I did not upgrade woocommerce to 3.0, FYI

    Hi @dfman18,

Sorry to hear you’ve hit up against difficulties.

Unless I’m misunderstanding, though, this sounds like a problem with our premium plugin – Event Tickets Plus. With that in mind, could you login and post your question here instead?

I’m afraid www.remarpro.com forum rules mean we cannot offer support for premium plugins here: this specific corner of the forums is rightly reserved for questions about our free plugin, Event Tickets itself.

    Thanks!

Somehow I got bunch of 403 errors which meant permissions issues.

That’s why the fieldsets and such didn’t work.

We reset the privileges on all the files and that solved it.

    Thanks!
