ajax loading pages plugin ?

Hello, I’m disapointed because I don’t find any plugin for loading the pages in AJAX.
I mean, you know, when there is a little wheel turning while the page is loading ?
My blog is very slow, and it could be great to have that for me.
Any idea ?
