Ajax Loading issues on mobile platforms

I am using shortcode from member directories to display the member listing on pages. The problem I face while loading the page on mobile platforms. The Ajax loading keeps loading forever and it never stops (as you see in my attachments). Interestingly enough, the pages get loaded successfully with their contents, though, the Loading icon never stops it’s revolution.
Note that I am using admin filtering option to display the member listing on two different pages that have the separate conditions set in the filtering.
Could someone please help resolve this issue?
