AJAX Load Issue

  • Hey,

    Need quick help.

    When a go to the checkout page, the payment card input box keeps loading.
    Debugged the issue to the blockage of wc-ajax=update_order_review

    It is being reproduced every once in a while, however i couldn’t replicate it now.

    Any insights of what could cause it?

    Hi @wparslan

    The Stripe plugin is not responsible for the wc-ajax=update_order_review request. What is likely happening is that ajax request is receiving an invalid response and then the WooCommerce code that unblocks the checkout page doesn’t get called.

    This would not be an issue caused by the Stripe plugin.
