Ajax issue with PO

Took me a bit of time to find this one… Plugin organizer seems to mess something up with Ajax in a very specific scenario. We have a WooCommerce product that is a “Gift Card”. It’s created in combination with WooCommerce Smart Coupons.
When Plugin Organizer is on, the product will delete itself from the user cart after a few seconds. I tried to change the plugin load order; before woocommerce, after woocommerce, first in the list, last in the list… Nothing seems to be working.
As soon as I deactivate PO, I’m able to add the Gift Card to my cart and go through the checkout process. When PO is active, you never get to reach the checkout because a message displays “GIFT CARD HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM YOUR CART BECAUSE IT CAN NO LONGER BE PURCHASED. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE.”
This is the only product where we have that problem (it’s the only gift card too). I’d appreciate if you could take a look as Plugin Organizer cannot deactivate himself from a page so we’re a bit stuck here (and even if I’d deactivate PO from the Gift Card product page, it would probably be removed on the cart/checkout page).
