Ajax event calendar – New computer – Can't hit enter on add event form

I can probably fire up the old computer and do this, but I’ve GOT to learn how to use this new one. I’m using Windows 7 and Internet explorer.

I am using version 3.3. I am self hosted. Here is the site: https://www.scoutsonline.org/pack454/calendar

When I try to add an event to the calendar via the add event form, the pop up window is stuck – I can’t move it – and the enter button is at the bottom of the window. I can’t get to that button to enter the new event.

I know this is really simple but I don’t know what to do. To work around this issue I learned I can tab three times and hit enter, but I really need to fix this problem. Is there an update or something to make this plugin compatable with my OS?
