Ajax Event Calendar

I have installed the ajax calendar on a website for a Spanish holiday company. As the administrator I can easily add and delete events but even though I have given Administrator access to the company in Spain it wont open the event form for them so that they cant add or delete events. HOWEVER when I log in under their details it works perfectly. Is it something to do with the fact they are logging in from Spain? or is there a simpler answer
